How does it work? Business that is. Getting the right mix of opportunities, the right mix of people, making sure your life is always in the place you need it to be.
Left brain, right brain, vertical thinking, lateral thinking, straight line management, consultation, all that stuff has its place I am sure, but in the end it all comes down to three things – creativity, determination and guts.
Of course you cannot do it all on your own. You need great people with you, people who have your drive and your vision, people who add real value, people who find the answers rather than just asking the questions.

I am really proud of the disparate mix of talented individuals that we are.
The raw creative thinkers, the front of house pursers, the gang of cleaners, the gifted designers, the fashionistas, the technically brilliant builders, the writers, all-working together to keep this business alive, and well and truly kicking.

And in India? What a team, they work literally day and night to develop our brand in Mumbai. Together we have learned and understood the requirements, now we are delivering.
The journey has been fraught with highs and lows, but we are coming through that now and we are evolving into something really special, it’s fantastic. I wax lyrical about it, continually. We recently spent three days in Mumbai with a dragon, Mr Theo Paphitis no less, looking at the business model in Mumbai. We ripped it apart, rebuilt it, and now it’s flying.

I hate words like ‘passion’ used in a business sense, the fact is, you do your job really well or you don’t. When we partner with clients we are honest, we use gut instinct, we add value. There is no bull.

We create a vision, we show people how to communicate. We produce amazing images that tell stories, we put stuff on lots of different retail platforms. It’s just the daily mix that is Photolink Creative Group.

To those clients who continue to work with us and support us, we say thank you.
We are always listening and always learning.
