Regis has 153 salons in the UK whilst HCUK operates 24. Both chains are owned by US-based Regis Corp, which is the world's largest salon operator with 13,000 locations globally.
Jenny Smith, Brand Manager at Regis said 'We've been looking at developing our social media channels for some time but needed to find the right creative partner able to handle the media production elements as well as implementation and strategy. Photolink's integrated approach to social media marketing was therefore perfect for our requirements.'
Photolink's social media divison was formed in Spring 2010 with the appointment of Russell Hirst to head up the team. The division has already secured the global social media account for Kitbag.com and the UK activity for corporate work wear provider Simon Jersey.
Russell said 'I'm delighted to be working with both Regis and HCUK on their first forays into social media - with their extensive high street presence and audience demographics social marketing has the power to work tremendously well for both businesses.
As a retail specialist we're now able to handle the entire communications process under one roof, from product photography and video through to catalogue production, website build, SEO, email marketing and increasingly social marketing too.'

These 'Casamania' chairs are an evolution of the hermaphroditic 'Panton' chair, declined into the harmony of the two sexes. In the words of Fabio himself, they "assume sculpted forms like naked models of seduction...but they feel no shame".
Blimey Fabio, you got that right!
